Our Smile Team
Brianne
Office Manager
I have spent the last 20 years in the dental field, starting my career as a dental assistant in 2003 before transitioning into a leadership role. As our office manager, I manage operations, client/employee relations, accounts, regulations compliance, and staff development. I enjoy meeting new people and building relationships, and absolutely love being a part of a team that transforms smiles. It’s wonderful to witness the confidence a beautiful smile brings.
Outside of work, I cherish time with my family and love exploring the outdoors, camping, hiking, and traveling. My other hobbies are fashion and interior home design!
Amber
Clinical Manager
I have worked in the dental field for almost a decade, nearly half of which have been with Dr. Roberts. I graduated from dental assistant training at Sno-Isle Technical Skills Center in Everett, but at our office, I mostly manage the back office and schedule flow, including keeping appointments on time. One of my favorite parts of my job is the diversity of procedures paired with the artistic nature of the work. It makes every day very rewarding!
When I’m not working, I love paddle boarding, traveling, baking, and being a lizard soaking up the sun. I also enjoy hosting my friends and family for get-togethers.
Karen
Dental Hygienist
When I’m your dental hygienist, our visits together may include routine dental cleanings, periodontal therapy, treatment planning, and education about good home care. I graduated from the Mt. Hood Community College dental hygiene program in 2006 and joined Dr. Roberts’s team in 2020. I enjoy connecting with others and building relationships based on trust. When formulating treatment plans, I take my patients’ lifestyle and concerns under consideration and like to think outside the box.
When I’m not at work, I love to weight-lift and bake pies. And I also love to sleep!
Michelle
Dental Hygienist
I graduated from Bellingham Technical College in 2010 and joined Dr. Roberts’s amazing team in 2016. It has been a pleasure to work with someone who is a true genuine person and treats all her patients and staff as family. Seeing patients want to smile more thrills me to no end. I love getting to know every single person that sits in my chair and provide them with gentle, high-quality care.
My family is my top hobby! I am happy doing anything with them. Our favorite activities are hiking, exploring, hunting, fishing, swimming, and boating.
Amy
Patient Care Coordinator
Amy has been in the dental field for more than a decade. Her family has a strong dental background with her grandfather, dad, uncle, brother, and sister-in-law (Dr. Roberts!) all as dentists. Her favorite part of her job is helping patients understand their treatment plan and navigating insurance benefits. Amy assists with patient accounts at Dentiste on Fridays.
Outside of work, you can find Amy with her two Corgis and fiancé at the dog park or snow skiing in Sun Valley, Idaho.
Marina
Scheduling Coordinator
I am so pleased to be a part of the Dentiste team! You can find me at the front desk, where I will schedule and confirm appointments, and update your insurance information. I enjoy meeting new people and learning all about them. It’s fun to catch up every six months to hear what they’ve been up to!
Outside of work, I love to shop, hike outdoors, and take lots of pictures. I’m also active in my church and sing in the choir!
Nicole
Dental Assistant
Our patients can find me working alongside Dr. Roberts, where I assist during procedures. I like to get to know each patient personally, which helps to make their dental appointment a more pleasant experience. Everyone here is incredibly helpful and so fun. They are so good at what they do and I love seeing them in their element. I feel lucky to work with such a great team dynamic!
I love to backpack in Washington; it’s one of my favorite hobbies. Seeing nature and getting to spend time with friends is so much fun. I also love to play tennis in the nice weather with my friends.
JoJo
Office Therapy Dog
JoJo is a rescue dog from Georgia and is an integral part of our office. Everyone benefits from having her around, she keeps patients and staff at ease and makes Dentiste feel like home. That being said, if you do not wish to be greeted by JoJo, please just call and let us know! She enjoys her nap breaks in the back as well.
